What we do
AutoShippingUS is an auto transport broker with a network of licensed, insured carriers, based in Aptos, California. You tell us where the car is, where it is going, what it is and when it can be collected. We measure the route as you type, then a named specialist confirms a firm price with a licensed, insured carrier already running your lane, tells you who that carrier is, and stays with the shipment until the car is signed for at delivery. We do not own trucks and we do not pretend to; the disclosure at the bottom of every page says so. What we do own is the relationship with the carriers, and the responsibility for the shipment from your first call to the signature at delivery.
Why a broker exists
Carriers run fixed routes on fixed weeks and cannot market to the whole country, answer the phone all day and drive. A broker does the first two. We know which carriers run which lanes, what a load is worth on that lane this week, which drivers show up when they say they will, and how to get a car out of a gated community in Naples or off a Manhattan street. The carrier fills its truck; you get one phone number and one price.
How we are paid
By the carrier, out of the price it would have wanted anyway, as a commission for filling the slot. You pay nothing to us. The price your specialist confirms is written on the bill of lading and paid to the carrier as agreed at booking. There is no deposit to us, no fee for changing dates before a truck is dispatched, and no line on your bill for our work.
What we promise
A firm price from a real carrier, not a teaser number that moves later. A named specialist, not a call center queue. The carrier's name, DOT number and insurance certificate before pickup. A price that does not move once a carrier has accepted it. And a person who answers when the driver is late, the gate is locked or there is a scrape on the fender at delivery. Where a carrier falls short of that, we say so and we fix it; where we fall short, tell us.
What we do not do
We do not quote a low number to win the booking and raise it later. We never sell your details, to anyone. Your request goes to the authorised carrier assigned to your shipment so it can quote and deliver, and to no other company. We do not buy reviews or filter out the critical ones. And we do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind, which is why the statistics on this site are the ones the owner has supplied and no others.
Vetted carriers only
Active FMCSA authority, current cargo insurance and a reviewed safety record before a carrier sees a request.
No fees, no deposit to us
Quotes are free. You pay the carrier, and only once a truck is assigned.

Questions
Questions about how we work
Not covered here? A specialist can answer route-specific questions in a couple of minutes.
888-706-8784An auto transport broker. We do not own trucks; we run a network of licensed, insured carriers. We match your shipment to a carrier already running your lane, confirm the price, and stay on the phone through delivery.
Active federal authority, cargo insurance on file and current, a reviewed safety record, and a history on the lanes we assign them to. A carrier that misses a pickup without notice or disputes a documented claim is not assigned again.
Nothing to you. The carrier pays us a commission for filling the slot, out of the price it would have wanted anyway. The price your specialist confirms is the whole price.
Yes. When a carrier is assigned you receive its name, DOT number and certificate of insurance, before pickup, and you can check all three on the federal register yourself.
You call one number and reach the specialist who booked you, who can reach the carrier's dispatch. Late trucks, changed dates, locked gates and damage claims are handled by a person, not a form.
Our specialists work by phone and email seven days a week; the hours and contact details are on every page. The registered business details are in the footer and on the contact page.
