Carriers and brokers: work with us
Steady, pre-qualified customer requests on the lanes you already run. No lead fees, no bidding wars.
For carriers
We book customers on the lanes you already run and offer you the loads that fit your truck and your dates, at a rate the customer has already agreed to. There is no bidding, no lead fee and no charge for passing. What we need from you is active authority, current cargo insurance, a W-9 and a list of your lanes and equipment; we check the register and your safety record before the first load and periodically after.
What we expect is the same thing the customer expects. A call the day before pickup and delivery with a time and, in the cities, a meeting point. A complete inspection report at both ends, signed. The car strapped and delivered as it was loaded. And a call to us the moment something slips, a breakdown, a closed gate, a customer who is not answering, so we can fix it before the customer is the one calling.
For brokers
If you have a load on a lane where we have carriers you do not, email with your MC number, the lane, the vehicle and the window. We reply the same day with whether we can cover it and at what rate, and the customer relationship stays yours.
How to start
Email the address on the contact page with your DOT or MC number, your insurance certificate and the lanes you run. A specialist will call to confirm details and add you to the pool for those lanes. The first load usually follows within a week or two on the busy corridors.

By lane and date to carriers we know run them, with the vehicle, the pickup window and the rate. You accept or pass; there is no bidding against other carriers on the same load.
As agreed per load: a portion by card at assignment where the customer has chosen that, and the balance at delivery by the customer in the form set at booking. Our commission is settled with you, not added to the customer's bill.
No. There is no fee to be in our carrier pool and no charge for a load you pass on.
A call the day before pickup and delivery, an honest inspection report at both ends, the customer treated as you would want to be, and a call to us before a problem becomes the customer's problem.
