Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your rights
If you live in California or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Owner review: confirm applicable state laws and any required notices with counsel before publication.
What we do with your information
AutoShippingUS does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not pass it to lead buyers or to any company outside our carrier network. When you request a quote and give consent, your details are shared with the authorised carrier partner assigned to your shipment so it can quote and, if you book, carry your vehicle. Some state laws define "sharing" broadly, which is why this page exists: you can opt out of that sharing, or ask for deletion, below. The carrier assigned to your shipment receives the details it needs to collect and deliver the car, and the service providers who run our phone, email, forms, analytics and hosting process data under contract.
How to make a request
To opt out, to ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, contact us using the phone number or email address on the contact page and tell us which right you are exercising. We will confirm your identity using the details on your quote request and respond within the time the law requires. You may authorise someone to make a request on your behalf; we will ask for proof of that authorisation.
Text messages
If you consented to receive calls or texts about your quote, you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to any text or by telling your specialist. Withdrawing consent does not affect any shipment already booked.
