Cincinnati is the fastest Ohio origin for the Gulf Coast because the highway runs through the middle of it. I-75 crosses the Ohio River here and continues through Lexington, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Atlanta straight to Tampa, Fort Myers and Naples, about 1,000 miles, a three-day run for a car hauler with no detour to reach the corridor. The yards in Sharonville on the Ohio side and Florence on the Kentucky side turn loads around for every I-75 truck heading south, and a pickup is typically assigned within one to three days in any month.
The customers are Hamilton, Butler, Warren and the Northern Kentucky counties' snowbirds from October, relocations to and from the consumer-goods, health-care and logistics headquarters around the city and the airport, students at UC, Xavier and Miami every August and May, and cars moving between the region's dealers and buyers elsewhere. The suburbs on both sides of the river are easy for a truck; the older neighborhoods on the hills are meeting points. The quote form above is set to Cincinnati; add the other end of the trip and your vehicle for a range.

The suburbs are driveway pickups. West Chester, Mason, Liberty Township, Blue Ash, Montgomery, Madeira, Loveland, Milford, Anderson, Indian Hill's wider roads, Colerain, Fairfield and Hamilton on the Ohio side; Florence, Union, Burlington, Fort Mitchell, Edgewood, Crestview Hills, Fort Thomas and Alexandria on the Kentucky side all take a 75-foot truck wherever the street lets it turn without reversing. Gated communities are few; where they exist, the driver meets you at the gate.
The hills and the old city are meeting points. Over-the-Rhine, downtown, Mount Adams, Clifton, Northside, Hyde Park's and Oakley's narrower streets, Mount Lookout, Walnut Hills and Covington's and Newport's older blocks have grades, narrow streets and parked cars, and the driver names a big-box lot off I-71, I-75, I-275 or on the Kenwood and Rookwood sides. CVG's hotel lots off I-275 in Hebron are the usual handover for anyone flying the same day, minutes from the Florence yard.
Cincinnati winters are gentler than Cleveland's, and the one thing that stops a truck is ice on the hills, which happens a few mornings a year and costs a day at most. What drivers actually plan around is the Brent Spence Bridge and the I-75 cut at rush hour; an early or late handover avoids both.
The pickup itself takes twenty minutes: one key, a glance at your ID, a walk around the car with the inspection sheet, and the load. Have the photos taken beforehand and the trunk close to empty; personal items ride uninsured and a heavy load can be refused at the scale. Titles and lender letters are not part of it. A car coming from a Kenwood, Mason or Florence dealer is collected from the sales desk if you give your specialist the number.

No detour, no Beltway, no lake. A Cincinnati car is on the corridor from the moment it loads, and we quote the shorter Gulf Coast window that goes with that rather than a generic Ohio number.
Loads for the same lanes build in Sharonville and Florence, so a Northern Kentucky address is priced and scheduled like Cincinnati itself.
Cincinnati to Fort Myers, Tampa and Naples is a seasonal lane. Book the spring return with the fall trip and both legs are priced together and held on the schedule.

One to three days. Cincinnati sits directly on I-75, the fastest Ohio origin for the Gulf Coast, and the yards in Sharonville and across the river in Florence turn loads around for every I-75 truck heading south.
I-75 straight south through Lexington, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Atlanta to Tampa and the Gulf Coast, about 1,000 miles. Atlantic-coast cars leave I-75 at Macon for I-16 and I-95 or continue to I-4.
Over-the-Rhine, Hyde Park's and Oakley's narrower streets, Clifton, Mount Adams, Northside and downtown. West Chester, Mason, Liberty Township, Blue Ash, Montgomery, Anderson, Loveland and, across the river, Florence, Fort Mitchell and Union are direct to the door.
Yes; Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties are on the same loads at the same price, and the Florence yard is on the Kentucky side.
Outbound to Florida from October through December, inbound from late March through May. Summer is relocations and corporate transfers. Late February through April is cheapest southbound.
Milder than the lake cities. A January ice storm on the hills can hold a pickup a day, and carriers wait at no charge. Start the car that morning and clear the driveway.
